WASHINGTON – Today, global tech trade association ITI issued the following statement in reaction to President Biden’s Executive Order on Transforming Federal Customer Experience and Service Delivery to Rebuild Trust in Government:

“Modernizing U.S. government information technology and programs is crucial to ensuring Americans can access essential citizen services online in a manner that is effective and efficient, and protects their sensitive information," said Gordon Bitko, ITI Senior Vice President of Policy for Public Sector. “Private-public partnership is key to helping federal agencies use technologies to advance this important priority and best serve the American public. We look forward to working with the administration as it implements this Executive Order.”
